Deanna Knight is a singer-songwriter, performer, and cultural maven whose genre-fluid music reflects a rich and evolving creative life. Her musical journey spans choral tours and singing telegrams to swingin’ big band and gypsy-jazz, psychedelic rock to sacred ceremony—experiences that have shaped her deeply expressive “soulsong” style, rooted in connection, healing, and reverence for humanity and the planet.

For over two decades, Knight was the sultry, dynamic chanteuse of Vancouver’s Hot Club of Mars, bringing gypsy-jazz to festival stages, dance halls and endless live music venues. Today, she steps into a vibrant new chapter with her sophomore release Every Little Spark (2024), marking a powerful return to songwriting and a renewed artistic voice.

Now based on BC’s Sunshine Coast, Knight co-hosts the SoulShine Garden Concert Series at her top-rated Secret Beach B&B Suites, creating intimate, heart-centered musical experiences that celebrate connection, joy, and a more harmonious world.
